  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or oregano chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper freshly ground
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 ½ cups chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 2 tomatoes medium size, chopped
  • 1 cucumber medium size, peeled, chopped and seeded
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup ripe black olives sliced


  • In a large bowl whisk dill, salt, pepper, oil, garlic powder and vinegar.
  • Add chicken, lettuce, onion, feta, cucumber and tomatoes, toss to mix.
